Here are the most common questions our guests ask when planning their perfect stay at Bonnyside Estate.
What are the check-out and check-in times?
Check-in is typically at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM
Do you allow pets at the house and cottages?
We allow pets up to a certain size and there is a surcharge, please get in touch before bringing a pet.
Is there parking available on site?
Yes, we provide plenty of free private parking for all guests staying at the house and cottages.
What is the policy for cancellation?
Our policy varies by booking date. View our full terms for details on refunds and rescheduling stays.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, we provide fresh bed linen. We also supply bath mats and hand towels in the main house, The cottages and Cabin also have bath towels.
Do you have Wi-Fi at the house?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available across the estate, however we are in a rural location so the speeds may not be what you are used too. We are hoping for a fiber upgrade soon!
Can we host a party or event?
Yes! Please get in touch.
How do I collect the house keys?
We use a secure lockbox system for easy self-check-in. Codes are sent 24 hours before you arrive.
What do you provide?
We supply cupboard basics(salt, pepper, oil, sauces, tea, coffee, sugar), toiletries(toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel), cleaning supplies
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, there is a £500 security deposit. We will not keep a deposit for accidental damages provided we are informed prior to check-out, the security deposit is to protect us from misuse and neglect.
Are the facilities shared?
No. The cottages and Cabin have their own hot tubs and outdoor seating areas. In addition Doocot has a small climbing frame with slide and swings and The Cabin has an outdoor projector above the hot tub.
The Big House has a private decking area, with the hot tub, swimming pool area and sauna. It also has a private courtyard seating, pool table and dart room. The House guests also have private access to most of the grounds.
Noise levels
If you have booked The full Estate there is no restrictions on noise levels at all, you have complete privacy and no neighbours.
If you haven't booked the full Estate then you must respect our other guests, the cottage or cabin guests should not be disturbed.
